How many categories should a round have?
The classic board game uses 12, but 4–10 works great online for a faster game. On Polingo the host picks how many.
What are the hardest categories?
Very specific ones (e.g., "a famous river", "a chemical element") get brutal on rare letters. Keep those to a minimum, or pair them with easy categories so every letter is playable.
Can I make my own category list?
